More About Jenny

Life challenges can sometimes make us feel “stuck,” “drained,” or most importantly, “lonely.” I understand these struggles deeply and believe that seeking professional help is the first step toward positive change. I am dedicated to offering you a safe, welcoming, and culturally sensitive space where you can feel comfortable being your true self.

Having immigrated to Canada at the age of 16, I have a personal understanding of the complexities of living between two cultures. This lived experience fuels my commitment to helping those who feel conflicted within themselves or their relationships. Through an integrative use of therapeutic approaches—including Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—I help individuals and families untangle the blocks in their lives and move toward healing.

I am particularly passionate about relationship health. As a Certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, I utilize the world’s leading relationship assessment tool to help couples build healthy foundations and navigate marital transitions. I am honored to witness the resilience of my clients as they overcome challenges and grow toward a more fulfilling life.

Something about me: I am an ENFJ who is married to my Korean INFP husband. In my free time, I enjoy singing, meeting new people, and spending time with my family and my three Pembroke Welsh corgis.
