More About Caleb

I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen, heard, and truly understood. In a world that can often feel overwhelming, I am committed to creating a space where you can explore your story with compassion and curiosity. I operate on the core belief that "we were made for connection," and I am honored to offer a supportive hand to those who feel the weight of life has become too much to bear.

Much of the pain we experience stems from deeply rooted, habitual cycles in how we relate to ourselves and others— often occurring outside of our conscious awareness. Utilizing Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Family Systems Therapy, I help individuals, couples, and families untangle these "downward cycles" and move toward emotional resilience. By shifting these patterns, I facilitate a new way of relating to the world that is grounded in self-awareness and strength.

I have a keen interest in working with young adults and men, addressing specific issues such as Internet and Video Game addiction, performance anxiety, and identity growth. My integrative approach also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed tools, providing you with concrete strategies to process past wounds and navigate life’s whirlpools.

Whether you are seeking to strengthen your marriage through Prepare/Enrich premarital counselling or looking for a safe "third space" to navigate family conflict, I provide a collaborative environment. I invite you to take that courageous first step in a new journey toward understanding yourself and those around you more deeply.

Something about me: I am a firm believer that no one should have to journey through life’s hardships alone. I strive to bring an empathetic and grounded "vibe" to our sessions, often helping clients navigate the intersection of faith, culture, and mental health. I deeply value the trust required for effective therapy and offer a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a comfortable and secure fit for your journey.
